Question 19X8.5 (f) 19X10 (r) M3 offset ?

Enthusiast:

Please help me in my planning phase as I shop for wheel I would like to know ahead of time the cost and modification associated with an M3 offset.

1. What do I need to do to get wheels w/ the M3 offset to work on my 335 sedan?
2. I know I will have to roll fenders but what cost can I associate with this project?
3. H&R lowering springs is a must but will i have to make camber adjustments as well?

I hope it is not too expensive. I want that 19X10 rear so bad I can taste it. I cant have it any other way.

I look forward to ur professional advise.

THX in advance

H&R Sport will be fine. You'll def. need to roll the fenders and run aggressive neg camber. Also use 265 on the rears not 275 tires.

THX fellas:

How involved is it to run a negative camber? Is this process expensive?

they can set it when you get aligned.... but go with Toyo's or Falkens and roll the fenders first you might not require the camber!

Are you dead set on getting the M3 offset? You can fit a 19x10 wheel as long as it is in the +37 to +39 range. You won't need to do any modifications this way either. If you are not happy with how flush it sits, you can always add a 8-12mm spacer and then roll your fenders afterwards.

Garage List
why is the M3 offset more agressive than non-M e9x's? Do M3's have wider fenders?

ITs either that or where the hub is positioned in respect to the fender.

And it looks sick on a e90.

Besides rubbing, are there any others concerns w/ running this set-up?

i want this exact setup wit 19x10 rear. I also wanna know if you're going to lower ur car with springs on stock struts or are u going to upgrade those 2? i hear koni shocks work good wit lowering springs. how much of a drop would be fine wit this wheel set up? i dont want rubbing to be an issue.
