WeatherTech Floor Mats
Has anyone tried WeatherTech rubber floor mats in their E90 yet? The reason I'm asking is because it's quite apparent that the oem rubber mats (with a carpeted section for the driver heel) won't do very much come this winter when the snow really gets thick. I can see slush piling up on it, melting, then running off the sides onto the car's carpet itself.
I've used WeatherTech mats on my previous Infiniti QX4 and my Mercedes 6.9. On the former they weren't a custom cut but they were pretty good, on the latter they were actually cut for this generation/model of vehicle so they fit PERFECTLY. Oh, on my Uncle's Nissan Murano they also fit perfectly. I'm hoping somebody has already bought them and could tell me if these are the custom cut variety as opposed to the best-fit generic type. Since they have to be ordered I don't have the luxury of being able to test fit them and make a return if necessary. Thanks in advance. http://www.weathertech.com/store/veh...pt_choice_id=0

I prefer the BMW "All Weather Mats", but both the BMW mats and WeatherTech mats are made by MacNeil. Getting the BMW mats ensures an exact fit.
On the back of my BMW mats it says "made by MacNeil Automotive Accessories" or something like that. I understand that MacNeil makes rubber mats for many OEM's. The pic is the All Weather mats in my 330i.
