need help

my wife spilled her drink on passanger side seat and carpet so I took out the seat and I reinstalled it. now what I am getting airbag, seatbelt signs on my screen. is there any way to fix this or do I have to goto dealer?

Maybe the you just need the get the codes cleared at the dealer. My guess it caused an error when you removed the seat. But not sure. Good luck!

forget to unplug the battery before you took the seat out?

go to autozone, you can clear the codes using their obd II port scanner.
