This came up in another post but I didn't want that to completely thread jack that one since that OP was about a different product.
Bimmian just released a set of WeissLicht ultra-bright Angel Eyes for the 2009+ LCI models with HALOGEN headlights. Note they also offer a separate model for Xenon models, so yes, this kit is designed specifically for halogens--no band aid custom rigging required. From what I'm seeing this is currently the only AE upgrade available for LCI's with halogen headlights. Bimmian's part number is LHU909WYY (note this is different from the Xenon part number of LHU909WXY). I just ordered mine from JleviSW but probably won't have time to install until next week. (I'm also going to attempt the DAEOS kit which is labeled for 2006-2008 only. But how tough could it be?) Someone had asked about a DIY but I'm not sure if they were talking to me or the OP in that thread... Boo-yah! ![]()

If anybody has pics of them installed in bright regular daylight (and other conditions of course) I'd appreciate seeing them. The washout under those conditions is what has me leaning toward LUX right now. I'd like to be proven wrong since these are a bit cheaper.

Just so we are clear, here are teaser shots of the WeissLicht system. A full introduction with comparison pictures on various applications will be available shortly.
