I would think you could do better...I'm getting my 2010 for 500 over invoice.

You should do A LOT better than that. I was $650 over invoice for a 2010 order and free floor mats.

I ordered a 2010 335i in Sept. for invoice flat, with floor mats thrown in. Definitely would not pay above invoice for an '09 already on the lot!
