Volume too low on '10 iDrive DVD?

Hi,

I'm sure not a lot of people use the DVD feature, but does anyone find that the volume is waaaay low when playing a DVD on iDrive?

Like you have to turn it all the way up, and if you switch back to the radio after, it blasts your ears into oblivion.

Any way to fix this / sync the volume?

The volume is lower but I think that's because it decodes DVDs in surround sound and without a center channel it has to split it left/right in the front and that makes the program volume lower. All other audio is 2-channel stereo.
