Loses Sirius "License"
This has happened several times to me. 2006 330xi without Navigation- March 6/ 2006 build. Get in the car and select Sirius and all I get is call Sirius to activate. If I shut off car and wait (some unknown period of time), can't just stop car get out and back, the Sirius is back. Don't know if the time period involved MOST reset or ??. I don't know the time it takes because I am usually leaving car for a while and then when I get back in it is all set.
Anyone else having this problem? Any solution?

Shut the car off..............open the driver side door for 2 minutes and that resets the radio. Get in and there you go. Happened to me twice and I call Sirius that's what they told me. Works!!!!!!!!!

Mine does this as well. It resets itself the next time the car is started. Funny how a $500 option doesn't work as well as the $50 receiver I can buy at Best Buy probably does.

Got to be a BMW problem and not Sirius. Must loose the key or serial number or something. Maybe some year if my car needs service, I'll mention it - then they will upgrade the software and screw other things up.
