Where is the ignition cable located?

Where is the ignition cable located? I need to connect my red wire from the radio to it in order for my radio to work. My radio is currently tapped into the cigarette lighter fuse but it's giving me problem. Radio doesnt turn on and there is no power to the cigarette lighter fuses.
