good place to mount used tires

Most tire shops won't mount used tires due to liability...

I bought a set of take-offs from someone and wanted to put them on my car.
What is a good place to get done (mounted without damagin the rims) in the Atlanta area?

I dont live in ATL, but I did try mounting used tires before and 2 different places, and they both said they wouldnt.

Take them to a shop that sells these no-name bling wheels.

They'll mount anything on your car.
