Big thanks to Alex and Kevin! Macht Schnell 3" downpipes installed!

Hey everyone,

I just got my downpipes installed by alex and kevin today... they are great guys! even though it was raining they were rolling all over the floor getting soaked installing these bad boys for me... EAS even forgot to send the bungs to plug the exhaust monitoring holes and Alex drove to ACE hardware and picked up some plugs for me

... I'm very happy I used them and will go back once i get my meth kit in the future!

A little review on the downpipes:
Kevin (who has installed a ton of downpipes) said that they are almost identical to the AR's and have amazing fitment just like them... the only thing he said that was different was that the o2 sensor holes were in a slightly different location (but that doesn't really matter).. these things looked beautiful and you can't get anything better for the price!!

How they feel after install:
The car feels much more aggressive and ready to go.. the response has gotten better and it feels much faster.. i also love the slightly different exhaust tone.. i'm very happy i got them! up next: FMIC

It was also great meeting steven and his sick e93... sorry bout the solenoid though bro...

Nice to meet u too Matt! Love the hood and the whole setup of your car...Those DPs are really nice....its going to be a tough choice for me to choose between the two...
Don't feel too bad for the solenoid, should be up and running hopefully by the end of next week!

loving these dps are ya now?
i put in the forge dv's took me all of 10 minutes to do, def a worthy mod. boost is held MUCH better, i'm running the yellow springs, they are def not any louder than the stock pieces but that wasn't what i was going for anyway!

yea they are great! Kev said they are pretty much identical to the AR's so it was great saving all that money... and yea i'm definitely getting those DV's... i need to get DV's, Catch can, intercooler, boost gauge, METH, and an exhaust... still alot to go but whatever.. hopefully in six months i'll have most of it done..

yea my hood is definitely one of my favorite parts of my car.. i definitely think you should go with Macht Schnell's.. way cheaper and they are identical.. oh ok sounds good.. i can't wait until i get meth but i'm still have to wait a while (no funds)..
