Blackberry 7290 compatible?

Does the standard (Non i drive) blue tooth system work with a Blackberry 7290? I understand it won't transfer the address book, but does everything else work OK?

I didn't check the address book transfer, but everything else seemed to work on the loaner I had for a week.

Not exactly answering your question but I have BB7100T which works with the iDrive system. Address book can't transfer though. I will think the 7290 should have no problems connecting. You should be able to visit a dealer and try it out.

Hmmm...car doesn't seem to know what to do when I'm on the phone and another call comes in ( call waiting ). Idrive freaks out and I end up losing both calls.

Any ideas?
