I get pulled over 2 friggen days in a row its redic!! First time I got a ticket even with a family members card and badge....?? I sed to the officer u culdnt give me a break wen u see my whole family is in law enforcement. He laughed and said r u serious/? doesnt make a difference... Yup.

Got my first tint ticket two weeks ago for 35% tints.

These are the lightest tints I have ever had in my life.
I was doing nothing wrong, and the jackass pulls a U-Turn in the middle of the boulevard and starts chasing me down.
I'm like "holy fcvk what did I do?"

It was 3am on a Saturday night.
I show him 2 PBA cards from my uncle who is a detective....he takes them to his car along with my license and comes back with my ticket.

Don't try and fight it either because it does not work.
I took them off the same day, got a reciept to prove this and took a pic and video of the tints being removed along with the license plate and VIN of the car and sent it in with the ticket....
nothing.
They told me to go to court like I'm going to waste a whole day just for $75
which I'm pretty sure I'm not even going to get back.


BTW this isn't the first time I get pulled over for tints.
I've been pulled over for 5% tint a bunch of times in NYC a year ago.
I showed them PBA's, they let me off... now, they are desperate for money because the city wont give them any so they decided to take it by force.

stay out of bergen county. they especially suck over there...... lol i drive around w/ my windows down all the time and keep a scarf and hat in my car to keep me warm

50/50 chance he'll let you go. Worth a try i guess.
But than you get pulled over by same cop and say the same thing 2 weeks later, suprisingly the cop remembered me and laughed and gave me tints and obstructive view tickets for radar on top. He gave me a FIX IT option where i can take off the tints and go to court wait 10 hrs and show them pictures than you pay only court cost which is half the tint ticket. DEF NOT WORTH IT.

Most town rookies little smuck cops like to give tints and no front plates. NEVER had a state pull me over for tints. I did just get a ticket from the State police for doing 108 in 65 mph zone and going to court in egg harbor next week. DAMN ATLANTIC CITY.

Whats worse than losing money at casinos and driving back home and getting LASERED with a V1 in the car and getting a ticket. I gotten 3 speeding tickets with my Valentine 1 and ALL 3 times the cop had nothing better to do so he was shooting his radar gun at 4am ...

You should look into a Jammer since any radar detector is worthless for laser as you now know.

I heard from many people jammers are pretty much worthless too. Everytime i try to buy a jammer people tells me its not worth it..


Stay away from town cops for tints it gives them a reason to pull you over and mess with you.

I've gotten pulled over 4 times in Queens for my 35% tints, with the two most recent times being around 2 weeks ago. First was by a police SUV, second was by highway patrol on the LIE heading westbound, third was an officer on foot at a checkpoint in Whitestone, and the most recent was by a regular patrol car in Elmhurst on a side street (though he might have also gotten me for speeding) -- and I was lucky enough to get out of all of them with my PBA card, which I probably just jinxed by posting this...

I heard from a friend that NYPD cops now have some kind of 50 ticket per month quota to meet for cell phone violations (and maybe tints too?). It's something like, if the cop doesn't meet the quota, he/she loses the squad car and is forced to patrol on foot. Talk about an incentive to get them to make money for the city!!

Came off the 59th st. bridge upper level the other day. I thought the officer on foot had a crush on me... staring like a MO' Fo'. Looking for any excuse, lucky im rollin 35%'s.

Stupid ass cops for 2 years i had to sneak in/out of metuchen with my srt-10... tint including windshield, no front plate, fully catless exhaust... rolled through with windows down on all the back roads no matter the day, time, season...lol! Got pulled over about 3-4 times a month still and got a tint ticket or 2 and lost about 6 pba cards!!

metuchen is the worst!!! cops there pull over anyone they don't like. I use to take the long way to my school just to aviod that town.

Sayreville NJ sucks too. Cops always hang out around the Parkway South exit between Sayreville and the Amboys. They are CONSTANTLY pulling people over for random BS. The state of NJ is broke so now we are being shaken down left and right. Believe me I'm so tired of this BS!
