335i Exhaust Diagram

I pieced together the OEM Stock 335i Exhaust credit RealOEM.com.

Let me know if its wrong; NOT to scale. Just for reference purposes.

my exhaust is welded completly. There isnt a joint between section 1-2, 2-3, or between the mufflers. also on the e92 on section 2 there is a X pipe not a resonator. Not sure if the e90 has non welded sections, if so --yall some lucky bastiges, lol---

Those clamps are from the Performance exhaust and that Resonator between the mufflers and the secondary cats is for a E90. So this is basically a mix and match.

E90 has a large resonator as shown,
E92 has a X-pipe and no resonator.

Thanks alot for putting this together but just gotta change it to either E90 or E92, and no clamps since that for performance exhaust only, and it will be perfect! sure will help alot of people.

Are the non-weld sections easy to disassemble or it it clamped on really tight and hard to remove? I have a set of catless DP's on an E90 and I'm thinking about removing the 2ndary cats if it's bolted on like the illustration.

itll be welded, since 5soko335i stated thats from the performance exhaust. your options for removing 2nd cats is find a shop thatll weld in some straight pipes.. The shop i went to refused to do it, lol..

or u can buy some section 2 pipes, i know a few companies make them, and clamp them together. which im going to have to do one of these days when im not lazy and feelin froggy with a sawzaw.
