I need help replacing my fog light

I was driving on the freeway and I hit something and when I looked at my bumper my fog light came off completely! I bought a new fog light and I want to install it on my own.

Can anyone tell me how to take out my broken fog light and replace with my new one?

Have you seen the ones at Bimmian and/or JLevi?

i think u might need to buy a new mount or just take off the front bumper
