Anyone do the Earthquake SWS-8 upgrade?

I'd like to hear it as well, out of morbid curiosity. I am more than pleased with my current subwoofer though and don't intend to change it.

Id be interested in buying a set of sws-8's just so yall know. We can prob get a better deal if there's a few of us or at least save on shipping.

Actually I talked to a ebay seller, he only has 4 ohm at the moment. He said he'll give if we group buy. Last time I checked with him he was willing to do $100 per sub 4 ohm. This was when I said i'll buy 4. The real problem is shipping, he only ships to US. I can get it shipped to my relatives place in US but I can not bring more than couple at a time through border.

$100 sounds pretty good to me. Maybe we can try and get another seller to ship directly to us. Is 4 ohm better than the 2 ohm speakers?

why dont you guys do a small 10 inch sub in the trunk sealed with a small amp? it will fill out the bottom end quice nicely and you will have plenty of trunk room still.
