Lower Grille question

Hey so I have a question on the lower grill... I was wondering if you can remove the color matched grill pieces in the lower part of the front bumper and just have the mesh grille, or if not, if there's a vendor who sells the grill pieces in a matte black.

I attached a picture for reference

Thanks!

Did you paint them yourself?

You can remove them very easily. Just pull up and then pull out. However, there are these grooves that will remain so the mesh won't look that good. Personally, I'd just leave them there.

The 335i/330i came with chrome ones and the 328i/325i came with black ones. I wrapped mine in matte black vinyl.

A previous owner must have painted them... but they are easily removable.

Push up first and then pull out. You'll see the grooves that hold them.
