Cheap Black Grille

Hey guys, anyone know the cheapest place to buy black grilles for the 328 coupe? (new body)

Most of the sponsors here have them in the $60 range but Im looking for something less. Ebay has em around $53

i don't think you'll find them for any less brand new. try looking around for a used pair, or you can always paint your current grilles.

I would recommend getting them from the sponsors on this website. I got mine from jlevi.

Replicas might have fitment problems.

I say paint it yourself. I've put 8 coats on mine and it will never ever chip ^^

Paint them. I did it no problem no chips. Just sand the grills before painting them and apply about two coats of primer so the paint sticks better. It will be perfect..

I did the vinyl because I was afraid of my lack of painting ability leaving imperfections, and just doing the outer 'ring' of the grille isn't too hard.

You should try painting it by yourself or do a vinyl. If that doesnt work well for you then you can buy a cheap one...

i did the plasti-dip.... was seriously the easiest "paint" job I've ever done.... just cleaned them really well with alcohol to remove grease and dirt.... then sprayed them a few coats till they were fully coated.....no sanding, no work, hardly any mess...
