Check to see if the factory spacers from Germany are stuck in your springs. I had an issue where all of a sudden when making sharp turns I could hear a grinding noise. I removed the wheels only to find the *&#%^$*^%#$ at the dealership never removed the shipping spacers. After 30,000 miles they have ripped the sheathing and lodged themselves in the springs rubbing on my tire on sharp turns.
Just an idea and something easy to check for. |

i brought the car to the shop where it was installed ar 3" dp. the technician inspected and said the dp is too close to body frame only half inch between each other! when car is turning, engine will torque then touch frame. not much he can do about except put strap to tighten mid pipe to dp push away from frame. its not a long term solution. any suggestions to this problem?

If they cleared a month ago, then that may not be your issue. Perhaps something came loose or shifted? Yes, the fitment is VERY tight on these. 1/2in is normal in a few places. Techs often complain that they are "too close" when they don't want to take the time to do the fitment properly. Making sure everything is aligned properly takes some time.
