Assume the lease on this beautiful 2008 BMW 335Xi AWD coupe. The car is absolutely loaded with NAV, Sport, Premium, and Cold Weather packages. The interior is saddle brown leather & the car also has heavy duty all weather rubber mats & cargo liner. This car was leased from Sewickley BMW in April of 2008 on a 36 month, 30,000 mile lease for $687 monthly. The payment is made up of the lease payment at $687 plus your applicable sales & use taxes. It currently has 16,8xx miles on it. Lease maturity is April 2011 so there are 16 payments left. Residual at the end of the lease is $32K. The car is in excellent condition but at this point, is surplus. I have a company car & my wife wanted an SUV instead so we found a used BMW SUV for her. As a result, this gorgeous car (and it is a rocket with the 300HP twin turbo motor it has... yikes!!!) needs to go. Buyer will keep the $750 security deposit & seller will pay the BMWFS $500 transfer fee so on lease assumption, the buyer will have $0 cash out of pocket.
