Hi guys I have a 09 335i E92 I have done a few exterior mods already and im thinking about getting a straight pipe. I dont want to cut my mufflers or the resg I went to a shop today he's spose to call me with a price I asked him if he can do a 3" exhaust starting from the cats all the way down to the tips 3.5" matte black tips and im planing on getting 3" downpipes soon. do you think the 3.5" tips will burn the bumper? I was wondering has anyone here done this and if you have how is it does it throw off codes? how does it sound? do you think you lost power or gained? any videos? any help would be greatly appriciated thanx a lot guys great to be a part of the BMW family now

i think 3.5 is a perfect size for the tip IMO
there is a video of some uy that had a straight pipe 335. yes very loud. as for power gains they will be very min since your not getting rid of any cats but there will be less back pressure

3.5 tips would be fine. people are even running 4" without problems. post pics/vids when you're finished.

Pics and videos will be up as soon as i can guys I might go with straight pipes all the way to the mufflers and put some mufflers cuz i think it might be too loud I dont wanna get tickets all day lol any good mufflers out there or should I just go with a custom? and if i dont change the downpipes would the dealers give me problems? if i just get pipes with a mufflers starting from the cats 3" pipes all the way and some mufflers would sound nice i think any other sudgestions? what can i do to make the car loud without it being too loud of the cops to give me problems?

Do u have any videos and pics of that? Yea i think i dont wanna do mufflers just a 3" pipe starting from the cats all the way down but I might go with a ar 3" downpipe later that would b loudddddd

if you want a straight pipe then you have to get everything
and btw i dont think the e92 has resonators

Thank you True Bliss Customs they are good ima c what they say i got a quote for 3.5" tips and muffler cut and resg cut for $450 im waiting for his call for the hole thing from the cats all the way to the tips 3" fully custom straight pipe hopefully not too pricey

In cali u cant do anything bro so ima just do it idc thats y i dont wanna cut my original just wanna keep them so i can put it back on if anything happens i rather pay extra and have a custom one made
