Can you get the best current rate?

I just ordered my car the other day and got the holiday cash plus a discount and 4.9 percent which is locked in. I am hearing about some changes for cars that will be built or arrive in March and my car is due mid February. I would assume if that's the case, they will lower the finance rates on the leftover cars. So I guess my question is, can I get the best possible rate at the time of my delivery or am I locked in at 4.9%, I know if I went for a lower rate I would forfeit the holiday cash, but if it was a low enough finance rate it might be worth taking it.

You'll get the best rate available between now and then....so if it never gets better than 4.9, that's what you'll get, even if it gets worse between now and then.

In order to get the Holiday Credit, you have to sign the paperwork by Jan 4th I beleive. "Holiday Credit must be applied to a Lease, OwnersChoice or Retail Finance contract though BMW Financial Services by January 4, 2010"

As long as he's preapproved, that doesn't matter.
