It will be another test day for us. Jeff Tyler will be driving the car. Hopefully we will set another 335i or N54 record!

We have the record for the N54 car at Auto Club Raceway on street tires. Even beat out the the 135i's!

Go ahead and borrow the GoPro if you can. I have one, but it would be nice to catch different angles at the same time.

HP Autowerks set the record for N54 cars (135i/335i) with a 2:00.1

Should've been into the 1:59's but there was too much traffic. I had to pass a few cars on that 2:00.1 lap -- not sure if we got it on video but if we did it should be pretty entertaining.

Either way it is a fantastic time and HP Autowerks has done a great job building this car. Every time I drive it, I am left thinking "A 4-door sedan should not be this fast...!"

Harold, sorry I missed you on Sunday. I drove my Golf in the pm and had a student in the red MR2. No hotlap timer for me. Congrats to Jeff on the hotlap!
I heard the fog Monday was just as bad. Did you get any seat time? Talk to you soon.

No, I didn't get any seat time. I was just a few cars away from you against the pit wall on Sunday.

Here I met pro skater Rune Glifberg driving this M3 - very cool dude. I don't know his hotlap times - perhaps someone here knows...
