There are two screws per light unit, one for horizontal and one for vertical, but I'd take them to a local friendly garage and get them set on a beam setter.

Any MOT place will do it. The beams do dynamically adjust when driving but the overall height and aim is still set within the limits by a manual adjustment.

I'd drop into a local garage and ask for it to be done; depending upon how friendly they are, a 'drinks voucher' for the tech should see it done, otherwise its a £45 job at a dealership.
