The car they offer is a base model with zero options, but you can still customize and buy the car you actually want. You'll just pay that price as a starting point and add the options you want.

They post up a car every year... In the past they had a Range Rover Sport, Saab 9-3 convertible... I've been trying every year but no luck

They have some other pretty good deals if you can get them.
