Diesels have Fuel / Water Separator?

Greetings from across the pond. I was wondering if the fuel filters on our diesels (I drive a 335d) have fuel/water separators?

Garage List
Yes, also known as a fuel filter. Waer will collect in the bottom of it and should be drained every 6mths or so.

Not that you will ever see much there in a modern day car.
