14 Days Later (My Mod Pics)

Well a couple of weeks ago I bit the bullet and did my first aftermarket mod with a set of new 19" wheels...

It scratched my itch, but made it worse! I've since debadged and added a new exhaust tip. I've purchased some blacklines (not fitted yet) and also VERY close to buying some LCI Halos next.

Here's my work in progress - opinions welcomed! Sorry pics aren't great - damn that snow!

IMO You need some 12mm rear spacers or something as it looks a little bit inset. Hard to tell how the front looks from the pics taken. It could also do with being lowered Quite badly I might even say.

But very well done on starting off on the mods! Keep them coming

Same problem as I had with the rear wheels being too far in and not filling out the arches

Indeed some rear spacers would push them out nicely Would be easy to tell then how much or if they require lowering. Exhaust tip looks good!

Whats next? Carbon front lips? Black grilles?

anyone have any pics of with and without spacers? I'm struggling to understand what they do - do they push the wheels outwards so they look fatter effectively?

Yes,

Just put some 12mm Eibachs on my lowered E92 and it looks spot on. Another benefit of course is a slightly more stable rear end due to the wider track.

Will try and get a decent rear 'square on' snapshot of it tomorrow, the attached 3/4 side shots dont do the job justice really.

The Carbon Black e91 is running 12mm front, 20mm rear spacers plus H&R Sport springs. The Le Mans e90 is stock.
