Cheap Tire Mounting in Queens/Long Island

Just got my winter "mod"... muahaha.

Anyone know where I can get these mounted and balanced for as cheap as possible?
I don't feel like paying $50 a tire at BMW.

So who knows a "hook-up" for $20 a tire or something?

lol i got a hook up in south jersey, but that's probably too far for you, good luck!
i always keep in mind that though...you always get what you pay for with tire mounting, i'd rather pay the bmw tech to put on my wheels without them ending up like they've been through a cheese grater (nicks, scratches, drill damage etc, that they won't own up to)..

Damn, south jersey.

I agree but for the price of the tires, I don't think $45-$50 a tire is even close to reasonable.
I paid $660 for all 4 tires, so I don't feel like spending $200 to put them on. lol

Dude you're in howard beach, take a drive down to Emil's tire in Brooklyn. Tell them Dmitriy sent you. $20 a tire, ask for Ralph. They are recommended on TireRack and have a Hunter Roadforce balancer.

106 Tire in Corona Queens. It is located on 106th street & Northern Blvd. It is a 24 hour establishment & mounting and balancing will run you under 20 bucks per tire.

Freddys tire shop on springfield and hempstead is good and cheap, wouldnt trust them with baller wheels tho lol

It was going to be $35 but I gave him an extra $15 to wait for me after they closed.

As far as the place goes...I wouldn't bring rims I'm anal about.
THey had trouble taking the RFT off and putting the blizzaks on.

There are some small nicks on the rims as a result, but they can't be seen after I cleaned them up with nail polish remover and a layer of clear coat on top of the scratch.

Anyway, if the price difference is from $35 to $80, I'd take the $80 and get slightly better service if possible.

I would not pay over $100 though over this place, unless I was anal about some chrome rims or something.

WHen you are tired of price shopping & want to get them mounted without a scratch or roadforce by a shop that is trained to do such, then stop in to us.
Yes we are more than $20/wheel but 19/20" RFT's are nothing special for us to do & we use torque sticks or hand torque when needed.
