HID Fog issues!! help....

I bought a 35w hid kit and they stay on for about 1 minute and then the right side goes out.... i tried it with a relay and it seems to work... if i use i relay wont i keep getting the bulb out message??

how many of you guys are running hid fogs with out a bulb out message and without issues?

I have a generic chinese brand xentec hid kit from ebay $56 shipped --no bulb out message stays on all the time. 2008 335i, I believe an April build if that matters..

plug and play - no relays

i bought that same kit!... do you have the slim ballast 35w?

Nope..I'm not a fan of slim... I have the larger box looking one..Slim works great on my friends motorcycle though

There's a set i purchased from that's error free and plug and play. 6000k and matches well with my lux. those off brands will error or burn out the ballast. Save your money now and buy the one from Damon because he' sa proven record of error free for our car. *********************

Be sure that Damon got these kit from a member who originally set up the conversion. His name is Andy --> e 9 0 a n d y @gmail.com (remove the spaces.)

the same set works fine on many many other cars i have installed them on... and the ballasts have worked fine for 2+ years...
