OEM 07 E90 sport 18" Run flats

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
I'm buying a 2007 335i sedan (in a about a week) and 99% it will come with these tires:

Bridgestone Potenza RE050A Run Flat - 255/35R18
Bridgestone Potenza RE050A Run Flat - 225/40R18

In Canada this set would cost about ~$1700 CAD (or ~$1450 USD) online + shipping.

I'd like to sell this set of tires as soon as I take delivery, how much can I ask for them?

Any offers? Prefer local

I believe a brand new set was sold at or about $600 plus shipping. Even if they have no miles on them, they still have to be dismounted and remounted...

Best of luck with your sale!!!

I thought your price $1450+ shipping was for wheels & tires.

No sorry I was just saying that it costs about $1450 USD to buy the Bridgestone 18" set in Canada and I was wondering how much can I get for the set that is coming off my new car. Just tires, not rims.

just tires?...or wheels with tires?....if it's just tires...i don't think anybody in their right mind would pay $1,450 for 4 run-flat tires taken off stock wheels....$600 sounds more reasonable...

Oh okay. Just a heads up- a set of 162s with Bridgestone 18" RFTs have been selling at $1500-1600. So like others have said "good luck selling just tires for $1450".

You guys can't read?
Or is my English that bad?

I said $1450 is HOW MUCH YOU WOULD PAY FOR THE NEW OEM TIRES IN CANADA.
Sorry for yelling. This is not what I want to get.
I was asking how much can sell these for. Jeez.

$6-700 is probably reasonable. Assuming you can find a buyer...

For the ubove reasons i wouldnt try to sell them on here you wont get much because 90% who had them dont like them..

You would get allot more if you sold them somewhere other than this board.. to people who dont know about there shortcommings and just want "runflats"

they would be great in gang neighborhoods or in Da Hood" because they can be shot and drive over spike strips and other debris in the streets

and run from the cops better

Yeah, post and ad in Craigslist or sell them on Ebay. These people have heard too many people bitch about RFT's.

My dealer said they prefer OEM when you trade in. Since you cant get much by selling them on here or ebay, i just kept mine. Not that they are gonna give me that much more on trade in either, but i figure it will make a good spare if i get a flat until i can order another tire. And my trade in will have new runflats.
