TPMS questions...I need enlightment

Stupid question, but I need to ask:

Guys, I have a 2008 328i Coupe and I am changinf the wheels from OEM 17" to OEM style 197 18'. The wheesl are used and am not sure if they have TPMS, which is irrelevant if I can take the ones I have now from the 17".

So, is that possible? can I use the old TPMS is my new wheels. To be hones, am not sure is my car has sensors or it measure the tire pressure using another method.

and last one, is this a picture of the 328 2008 TPMS

Thanks

Yes, you can swap them out, but you'll have to pay for each tire (new and old) to be unmounted and remounted so you can take out the tpms and put it in your new wheels. You'll also have to pay for your new wheels to be balanced. Should be able to get everything done under $100.

I just got done doing this. I got the shop to take the old TPMS and put on the new wheel, mount and balance then put rubber valve stems in the old and rebalance. Cost about 220.00
