It's a Premium -Sport with Navi, 22,000 miles, Black Leather interior, Ipod integration, AA Exhaust, AA BOV, AA Intercooler, Eibach lowering springs, 20 inch Vossen Wheels, Burger Motorsports DCI, Juice Box v3 Piggy Back, NO Accidents. I have most of the stock parts if you don't like mods. Car is still under BMW Certified Warranty ( 6yrs 100,000 miles ). I'm asking 34,000.00 , please ask me any questions you might have.

I think you are going to have to drop your price. I just picked up an 09 335xi demo wil 7K miles for $37K so your price is a little high IMHO

My car has about 8,000.00 in mods and it's fully loaded also carries a better warranty then brand new. I'm finding it hard to believe you paid 37,000.00 for an 09 BMW Premium/Sport with Navi ...which MSRP is About 50,000.00. If you did get that price the dealer must be really desperate to sell a car for 12,000.00 under msrp.

PS...the car is 6MT , forgot to list this in the original post !

Friend of mine just got an '07 335, CPO with 22k miles, from the dealer for $29k. I find it funny how everyone on this forum refuses to accept the reality of the used entry luxury market.

294k + 8k$ in mods = 37k$
If someone is really interested, I guess he can make an offer and the seller will decide

Yes, that's fair enough. Actual negotiations will determine a price that suits both the buyer and the seller. I think everyone posting "you may want to reconsider the price" are just trying to help the seller move the car.

I appreciate all the info and I'm OPEN for offers ! I think 34,000 is fair with all the mods and warranty . I researched the #'s on Edmunds.com
