What's a reasonable price for this 07 E90 335xi?

BMW Toronto has a 2007 335xi E90 with only 28,000 kms. Sports package inc. 18" 162 wheels, manual, comfort access and sunshades. Monaco blue with black leather. It is certified.

They are asking $45,402, which seems like way too much, but it looks like a really nice car.

What do you guys think would be a reasonable price?

i just bought an 07 e92 335 wtih 27k kms, with everysingle option possible for 41k
