Clear codes with something other than the BT Scan Tool

I apologize, in advance, if this has been discussed already...Is the BT Scan tool the only device that can clear "tune" codes (or any other codes)?

Iam pretty sure the Bt is one of the only things you can get to clear "hidden tuner codes" or any other code.

I thought Proceed only read and cleared the engine module codes? That's how it reads the codes so much faster than the BT Tool? I saw some DSC codes in the DSC module, and I don't think the proceed can read or clear those? Can anyone confirm?

If anyone is keeping the car for a few years or more, the BT tool is very valuable. Not just for codes, diagnostics, and logging, but for condition based service settings, and sending adaption commands.

It seemed like he was more interested in engine codes (ie, hidden tuner codes), which the procede does clear
