GTA: Sushi Meet Discussion

Hey guys,

How about we set up a sushi meet?

Place:
I am hooked on MI-NE sushi, but the place itself and the parking lot are quite small.
Also I think we are better off with "All you can eat" dinner things (judging by the BBT meet, it would be much easier to pay in the end

).
Aji Sai (Bayview&HWY 7) -not the best food, but large place and big parking lot
Maison du Japon (Woodbine&John) - good food, decent parking lot, big place.
Something on Kennedy&HWY 7 (I thing it is on the south side of HWY 7 and west of Kennedy) - good food, big parking lot.

Any other places?

Date and Time:
Lunch? Dinner? Next weekend? Sunday? Depending on the place we choose we can set up a time (I think lunch times vary for different places).

white boy checking in who needs lessons on sushi eating... I'm new to all of this so I don't really know what's "good"... rather than what feels good to my sensitive stomache...

We had a lunch meet at Aji Sai in the summer, folks seems to be happy with the food and what they had to pay...

I would recommend lunch, less people in the restaurant so they have more time to prepare just for us...

So how many people went to MI-NE after we posted it here?

Try it, you'll love it. I just don't like spicy or "exotic" stuff (I once tried a fried banana with ice cream as a desert...).

MI-NE is really addictive. I went there for the first time last spring and since then I don't go to other sushi places. I guess I'm spoiled by their food lol

I know which one your talking about! Its across the street from the old folks home and has a RBC in the plaza as well. Never been there, is that any good?

im down...depending on dates. just schedule some days and poll which date will be best for most members and go with that..

without giving dates, you wont get far in this forum
