Best Service Center in Central Cal / So Cal?

Hey folks.

I'm located in Santa Barbara, so I don't have a whole lot of options. There's Santa Barbara Auto Group (our BMW dealer), Steve Thomas, Rusnak in Thousand Oaks, and then Bob Smith in Calabasas.

Anyone have any good experiences with either of these in terms of the servce center? Some of these are an hour away from me, but I figure if I ever ran into something big I'd know where to go.

PS, I tried searching but not a whole lot regarding my neck of the woods. Thanks. -Jeff

I heard sbag is good, Ive been very happy with Steve Thomas.

Steve Thomas and tell them you're from e90post.

Edit: FWIW In my experience, Bob Smith doesn't know his ass from his elbow.

I haven't heard anything about them yet. I'd hope so, seeing how it's a 5 minute drive to there. Whenever I drive by Steve Thomas I just think it's a lonley dealer, it looks so out of place sometimes

Hardly. My car spends lots of time there. There's some good guys there that really know their stuff. Just tell em your from the forums and they'll take good care of you.

Go to Steve Thomas, Travis is my SA there - he's the man. And my warranty is in 1 piece still

go to see Dennis at Center BMW Sherman Oaks.. he is the best..

I won't take my car to bob smith ever..
