Samsung A920 works with calls + address book works. my A940 only calls work. The Sanyo Katana everything works!

Thanks, how about PDA phones? I know the Treo650 works so most likely the 700p and 700wx will work as well. And how about nextel's BB7100i?

Sprint is going to begin carrying Motorola by the end of the year... hopefully by mid November. The RAZR and SLVR work from other carriers, so I don't see why they won't sync perfectly with Sprint's service.

I know that the A900 does not work, now I know that the katana works but I don't want that one does anyone knows if the new Fusic by LG works ??? I hope so that's the one that I want

I have been with Sprint and they offered me a new Kantana to continue to stay with them (because they hiked their text fees I suddenly can get out of the contract penalty free....) Can someone confirm that the Kantana works on my iDrive/bluetooth?

I also havent got my iDrive software upgrade yet. How does THAT work?

well New2the3 says that the katana works but what I'm going to do is go to the sprint store and tell them "can I try to see if I can pair this phone that I have in mind with my car, Because the current phone that I have is not compatible and I want to get a compatile phone "

hey bud001 if you go to the store can you also try the LG fusic,that's the one that I want but they don't have in stock on my local store so I have to order online, but I don't want to do ir and then find out that it does not work with the car

I really like the Katana so I think I'll just switch to Sprint and get it, can anyone else confirm that all functions work?

the Katana works, my sister and mother both have the phone and I tried it in my car. BTW, email sprint through ecare, I got unlimited text for free,6pm nights for free, first incoming minute free, free sprint to sprint/nextel, and 15% biz discount.

I have the A900 and my mother has the LG. When I was home last I was seeing how it worked. You can't import contacts, but you can recieve calls and make calls through the phone. It pretty much works the exact same as the A900.

I got my Kantana 2 days ago. It was a bit of a fiddle to pair the phone at first but once i got it set up it all works rather well. The only thing is when i call voice mail i have to use the phone to press the key to delete. Not sure if it is a error or i just do it wrong.

Katana works great!!! mine paired right up and has all the functions....if you go to the dial option in the menu while you are connected to ur voicemail u just scroll to the number 7 or whatever is the delete option and press the idrive button down...it works just like it would if you typed it in on the phone

I have a Fusic and it only partially works. No Address book transfer. Send/Receive works fine.

I have my first problem with the Katana today.

I noticed tonight when i get back to my car that some of my phone book items are duplicated (it will have the same name and number twice) and so i disconnected it and reset it.

Unfortunately, now i only have phone book settings for A-D. E-Z would not upload no matter how hard i try. I already deleted the phone twice from iDrive and tried to reset the phone, but to no avail. How to i reset the dam thing so i can re-load my ENTIRE phone book?

Treo 700p works great, with one exception. Not all the contacts will upload to the car, only those you've made speed-dial/shortcut keys for.

Plus, I got my Treo for $25. I told Sprint I needed a BMW Bluetooth compatable phone and the Treo was the only one they had at time that BMW recommended on their website. I said I could switch to Cingular and get a SLVR for $100, so after about an hour on the phone with them they credited my account like $500 to get the Treo down to $100. Then, since I had my Sanyo 8200 (i think) for over a year they took another $75 off the Treo. I couldn't belive it.

Also, go to Radioshack for Sprint phones, the Sprint stores suck.
