cocktail lounges in OC?

Hey guys

just moved 3 weeks ago to the irvine/newport beach area.

the beaches are awesome, roads are amazing and mexican food & margaritas are quickly becoming my way of life

unfortunately - there's one thing I havent been able to find here.. nice cocktail lounges. I usually find them in Boston (where I used to live) pretty easily at the nicer hotels. However that doesnt seem to be the case, or is it?

recommendations?

What about anything by the beach? I visited the beachcomber on crystal cove but I wasnt a big fan...

try Landmark in Newport/CDM for a nice dinner/ lounge feel or 3thirty3 for the same in Newport or Bayside in Newport. All have been good to me.

Try Kimera in Irvine off Jamboree. It's next to the Google building. Awesome happy hour with a chill vibe.
