bought some bmw performance pedals over the holiday well pleased and managed to fit a lhd performance footrest as well, you need to cut off about 1.5 inches but it finishes the footwell. why they dont supply a rhd one i dont know. will get some pics up over the weekend.

For those who’s asked, a couple of pics.

The pedals are bolted on, not screwed or glued.

Looks sharp Marc, a friend of mine has these in his E93 and got the performance gear lever knob to coordinate, it brings it all together really well.

Think they were around £45 / £50, no more than that though.

I opted for the lazy approach and had the dealer fit.

Looks like they have removed the original rubber covers and drilled through the pedals and bolted them in place.

fairly easy to fit but you need to be careful when drilling the holes in the clutch/brake pedals, the throttle is easy as its plastic, the screws are torx so you need the correct size and its helpful to ask the dealer to print out the instructions as they dont come in the box. the footrest looks similar to the throttle and finishes the look, its for khd but fits well once you cut off about 1.5 inches off the top, this also just screws into the plastic original footrest. a tip the pedals and the rubber inserts are separate and a bit of a pig to put together but if you squirt a bit of silicone spray onto the rubber first they go together very easily, will try to get some pics of the complete set.

Look smart - I have been toying with buying these for months but the DCT set is the same price as the manual set (even though there is only 2 pedals and not three) and you don't get the footrest either

Where did you get the LHD footrest from Acer?
