Favorite BMW Service Center in Boston Area

Which BMW service center do you usually use?

Here's a list off the BMWNA website:
BMW Gallery Norwell, Norwood, Peabody, Sudbury, Shrewsbury, Herb Chambers in Boston...any others?

My car is from Peabody--have been to the Centennial Dr. service center twice with positive experiences both times--quick and competent.

My car is from Peabody but I get it serviced at Shrewsbury cause its closer

Gallery was great for mine until they tried voiding my warranty.

Now I go to HC Boston because I know a few people there.

Peabody, been a customer for years. My SA is at Centennial and it's a pleasant experience each time. Zero complaints.

Gallery in Norwood is where I went for my one and only service visit. I will be going back there when I have to do my oil change. No complains from my sa Matt Baker.

Peabody (Centennial Dr location) is my preference, Dave B. was my SA when I lived in Boston.

Bought all my cars at Peabody and had them all serviced there but they scratched and swirl marked my entire 330i with a bad wash and would not pay to have it corrected. I now go to IRA BMW in NH and have not had any issue with them.

I have always asked them not to wash my cars. I'm picky (probably too picky) about who/what touches my paint, and prefer to take care of that myself. They never have any problems not washing my car though.

centennial drive ftw

after taking my wife's acura to prime acura (1st service) today...I even appricate bmw peabody service even more. let me just tell you that I'll never buy another acura

They said they had "reason to believe I was tuned" ... I had an altered exhaust ... I messed with my headlight electrics ... and had an aftermarket intake.

I had my car in there because water got in the ECU box (yeah my fault) ...

IDK, its basically a long story and I went through a lot with them before I said please give me my keys I'm leaving.

They kept everything "internal".

+1 BMW Gallery/Norwood. My e39 was serviced there for over 100k and now my cpo 335xi. I'm going in on Thurs. for iPod adapter install.

They do service at both locations. I haven't been there in over a year but it's usually faster to get an appointment with a loaner at centennial.
