275/40/19 on the rear of E90

looks like im about to goto the drag strip

even though no one will probably read this BEFORE they post and flame me. we had a 740i come into the shop today to get new tires. we were pretty slow that day, and after we left me and the guys figured we'd throw those on just to see what a big ass 740i tire would look like out back on my 19x10's. so we threw them on and wow. car has a massive rake as expected, after i played with my rear alignment, i could manage to make it not rub (too often). its definetly flush, doesnt look that good though, and i cannot wait to take them off. but for anyone that was wondering, this is what it would look like on a 19x10 et25 with a 275/40/19

i'm liking this. looks hella aggressive. but i have to agree with you the tires just are way too meaty lol

LOL, that thing is huge.

But very usefull pics so we can so how it actually see the size of it on an e90.

So thats how it looks. I think mine Alu wheels et30 with 275 I didnt rub at all when i put mine on. I didnt see how it looks from the rear tho since i had them on for an hour to test and it was night time.

Looks great! 245/275 is steadily becoming the norm now in terms of fitment on E90/E92
