It could, hard to tell from the auction since they don't show photos of it installed. They claim it's an M3 bumper for the 4 door which would work for your car. We do offer a an M3 style body kit that is a direct fit for your car if that's what you are looking for.

it says 06-09 it cant be the same because the lci came out which has a different bumper in 09. Dont buy from ebay its really hit or miss(mostly miss) just buy from one of the vendors here like Jlevi.
