My lease transfer for 6 months on the 328i fell through...and instead, BMW of Mississauga gave me this deal to consider - good or bad?

2009 BMW 335i xDrive with Executive Package
Alpine White
Black Dakota Interior
Steptronic
Excess wear-and-tear
4000 km

Will not charge freight, PDI, and other delivery charges

With $999 down, plus admin fee, PPSA and first month's payment, it comes to $724, tax in.....16000 km/year....if it's 20000 km/year it's $735, tax in....both terms for 48 months

Would like your thoughts on this.
