Noob e92 328i coupe question!

There is so much information on this forum I didn't know where to look so please excuse my question.

My mom is planning to buy a used 2007-2008 e92 328i coupe and then passing it down to me, is there anything visually(exterior) different from the 328i and the 335i? I see all the lips and splitters you can buy for this car and I was wondering if they would fit my mom's 328i if she gets it.

It scares me a bit that all the e92s in the picture share thread are all 335i!

They're the same. Only the exhaust and diffusers are different.

Everything (exterior) on the e92 328 is the same as the e92 335, except for the rear bumper cuz 335 has dual exhaust and the 328 dont. Brakes on the 335 is bigger.
All the front lips, side skirts, trunks, lights, interior stuff on the e92 335 will fit on the e92 328.

the front lower grill mesh is different as well

the 328i has a black mesh, the 335i a grey/silver mesh

so, rear bumper (and single instead of dual exhaust) and front lower grill mesh and badges, that's the only differences.

335 has a dual exhaust, 328 doesnt, also a diffuser added to the 335, everything else is cosmetically the same

Won't be able to see that intercooler behind the mesh but that would be hard to fake.
