installed afe stage 1 intake on e92 335i :)

i just installed an afe intake on my e92 335i. noticed a slightly better throttle response and deeper note from engine/exhaust. idle rpm dropped as well. the shifting seems to be a little less smooth than stock (idk the reason behind this). overall, happy that i purchased the short ram over the CAI because of the rainy weather and floods --'

i will try to update with a picture, but it looks the same as all the other pics of afe intake.

Did you get the one with the heat shield or without?
