I'm putting my 335 for sale. $29,500 firm. Its truly in excellent condition. (((LOWERING PRICE TO $28500)))

Reason for selling: In the process of moving to a 2009 M3.

Its an awesome car, just looking for the next step for me.

Other than a UUC short shifter, ZHP shift knob and CDV, its completely and utterly stock.

NO accidents, stories, etc.
I'm the second owner - first was a military gentleman who brought it back to the states but after leaving the military, couldn't afford it.
Above and beyond service performed. Original owner broke car in based on BMWs recommendation - I am very specific on the cars I own (OCD to some)
Car is in immaculate shape. It shows like a brand new car.
2/07 build - still a year of warranty left
With 22k miles, the mileage is obviously low
Not tracked, abused.

Navigation
Gray Leather Seats
Comfort Access
Logic 7

Only issue was wastegate noise. Good news is that new wastegates, actuators and turbos were recently replaced under warranty .

sick deal...priced 'too' low in my opinion with the miles and options you have but to each there own. It will move fast.

I would add that my price is firm. I'm looking to sell to an enthusiast that will take good care of it, not someone that can't appreciate the car. If I don't get takers here that can appreciate the car, condition and generous pricing, I will be pricing higher via cars.com or autotrader. I've used this site mostly for lurking over the past 2 years and while its sometimes brutal in response (funny other times), its a GREAT source of valuable information.

Also have 1 extra set of new BMW OEM floormats. I checked the mileage, I'm close to 22k, not 23k miles. Right now, sitting at 21,700. I'm driving my S2000 more to keep the mileage accumulation low also.

This will probably be gone before I'm ready to buy in a month or two but free kudos for a good price and clean low mileage car. I would be that enthusiast but few more months for my lease :P

I need to get around to putting it on cars.com or autotrader but haven't yet. Was hoping to go this route first. We shall see if it goes soon or not...

trade it in man! I was just told I could get in the 27-28k range for a trade in. Which means 10-15% higher private party sale. If I find a car that I REALLY want (that wifey can drive too, I might just save myself the hassle and trade it in).

I found a car today and almost traded it. The numbers were close. They don't have wiggle enough room in their car. I do hope someone gets it who will be sure to care for it before I just end up trading it.

Interesting that most of the people on this forum and those I know (friends of friends) agree that the price is good, the car is nice but I'm not getting a serious offer from those that are in the right situation to take the car off my hands. What I'm asking isn't that much higher than what the dealer offered.

I gotta say, I drove the car again on Sunday to meet a friend...this is a LOT of car for 28.5k with some warranty left (but I guess you all know that). I'm an honest person selling a great car for a very good price.

Ideally, I don't like to trade because the numbers get screwy really quickly. Give me a decent offer and I'll consider it.
