I'm posting this for a friend of mine who has an X5 and wants to paint their stock wheel black. Where in OC or around OC can I recommend them to?

you can get them powdercoated at Performance Wheel repair in Walnut, CA. Owner is definitely a cool dude and does great quality work and prices are cheap!
