i am interested in doing this mod to my 320d M Sport.

is it simple enough to go to your local exhaust place and get it done?

i was looking for the twin chrome type - i think BMW do em as an xtra.

where would be best place to em from and may be get local place to fit it?

cheers

I had the exact same exhaust fitted to mine. Only annoyance was the 'powerflow' engraving. but to be honest after one drive up the motorway its covered in crap anyway!

One of the other powerflow options they had didn't have any but it looked worse in shape. I think powerflow are regarded quite highly though.

thanks for the pics - looks great! definitely need to get it done.

this is from powerflow right? i saw on another post one from passion auto.

my exhaust is the downward type (163bhp) is it a case of trimming this back and putting the tip on?

also, will i have any problems come MOT time?

thanks again

That's what I did...

Well I say I, I mean they :-)

Don't suspect i'll have any MOT problems, I can't confirm though! Can't see why I would, unless it was hanging off!?

A powerflow branded one or a cheap and nasty "stainless steel" one? I paid £65 I think fitted. Not too handy with a welder myself!

If you go to a Powerflow dealer, they will offer up as many styles as you like, then go for the one that floats your boat.

This is the one I went for I think. I wasn't keen though until I saw it in flesh up against my car. I agree with creepycoupe, I would go to a powerflow dealer and get them to chop your pipe off and put new ones up to her.
