Need Cosmetic advice
I recently decided that i want to Black out my Chrome accents and re-paint them Matte black. Does anyone know a good DIY for making them black? Maybe vinyl?. If so, what kind of vinyl would work?.
Also, i wanted to Paint my Front kidney grills and smoke my tailights. Any recommendations? Thanks |

Don't really recommend painting the front grilles...as its going to be susceptible to rock chips, exposing the chrome underneath after awhile...just go with replacement matte black grilles
as for the window trim, get it vinyled. and the smoked tail lights, we carry pre-cut smoked tint film overlays for easy application. |

For the front kidneys, I suggest a set of matte black grills. Painting can chip over time so you will have to redo it later on. We offer matte black grills that are made from solid ABS black plastic so it will not chip leaving white exposed.
For the tails, I suggest going with black lines or blackline LED tails. We have a few options to match the look. If you like the stock tails, we have smoked tint film that you can install over the factory tails to tint it. |
