45HP gain at 2720 rpms? 60hp gain at 3330 rpms? Am i reading this right? That's nuts... That's crazy, that's impossible... NO exhaust system is going to get crazy gains like that unless they are deleting all the cats and running a tune. Hell the AE system, HKS and all the other real quality systems don't even boast gains like that...

Not to shoot down this Vendor but I find it impossible to make those gains on a stock engine, let alone a tuned one. I think he is also showing "Flywheel" figures on that dyno sheet.

Somebody might look at that, who doesn't know any better and say "DAMN, for X amount of dollars imma gain 20 or 30 hp and 40-50lbs torque." They buy it, install it and then shit, all they get is 10hp and 20 lbs' of TQ (or in the case of an AFE intake, loose HP) "WTF where's my 30 HP and 50lbs of TQ?" Sorry you have to buy a tune to get those gains... SPend another 400-1k and you'll get your 20 extra horses...

Ill keep this short, simple and sweet.
We welcome anyone to come over and see for themselves and if you want to put money on it, we can. We can do some dyno runs and do some runs on the street/highway as well. We will bring a video camera so we can video you saying why you cant make a certain amount of hp from an exhaust and or w/ a tune. Then you can video me explaining how we design our systems. This should be fun. I typically dont want to get into debates or arguments on the forums as its pointless. If you talk to a monkey and explain thermal dynamics to him, he would probably laugh and jump around his tree. A lot of "knowledge" passed around within the automotive forum community is just complete nonsense. Its as silly as saying, "its a turbo engine, a large diameter exhaust can only help the performance." We have an upcoming Consumer Dyno/Tune day. We welcome you guys to come. BTW, Id love to run you with my N54 car. Its mostly stock. Kindly not talk if you have no knowledge of exhaust design or if you wont back up your talk. |

So everyone who doubts the ridiculous HP increase due to your series of tubes and a couple mufflers is a monkey?
How about you educate us as to why your series of bent tubes produces TONS more power than every other series of bent tubes on the market. I'd love to see a 3rd party on their own time do a back to back test, I guarantee the results would be much different. Quote:

from what i'm seeing on the above posted dyno there is no way its from just a downpipe back exhaust system. If i'm wrong, I want you to design an exhaust for my turbo'd e36 M3 because you have the magic fairy dust that everyone has been looking for.
