ordering new tires & TPMS Rebuild Kit

I appreciate the information submitted on this forum. I am very displeased with the rough ride due to the run flats on my 09 E92. I've read several posts that the Hankook v12 is the tire to use. I'm ready to order, but have a question. The website asks if I want to order TPMS rebuild kit with each tire. the cost is $11.00 per. I'm not changing my wheels and there is only 4,000 miles on this car and tires. Can you folks help me out here?

You are not changing the wheels so you won't need the rebuild kit

likely just new seal and valve stem..
